杜万鹏，又名杜鹏，字晨风，号东坡闲人，山翁、墨佛、大樗、泾渭钓叟、虎谷山人。男，汉族，生于1946年1月22日，甘肃省镇原县屯字镇马堡王山村人。中国文化书院函授毕业，长庆油田退休干部，政工师，管理经济师、中共党员。居虎谷草堂，写作于抱瓮堂、燕鸣洞、至冥斋。

自幼受中国书法之乡镇原风气熏陶，习书临帖数十年，以楷书、超大榜书、草书擅名。曾出版《杜鹏临书王羲之草诀歌大字》长卷书帖。著有书法理论书《临池觉言》文物收藏，《虎谷草堂典藏录》、《百家姓图腾集解》、《镇原县屯字原杜姓氏族志》。五十岁后，专临颜真卿《颜氏家庙碑》二十四年，自书编字径六寸，每页六平尺超大型巨本，《杜鹏正书大典》上下两部。自撰书《镇原赋》一部，《杜鹏草书大典》一部四卷，《杜鹏草书金刚经》一部三卷，《杜鹏书甲骨文字谱》一部。《杜鹏撰书仑颉鸟迹书黄帝阴符经》大字卷本一部。《杜鹏榜书枯树赋》二百一十米长卷本一部。

新译书作《杜鹏书金文道德经》特大型巨本一部三卷。编有其他书帖十余部。著有诗集《蚯之吟》。并有小说诗词歌赋发表。新诗《母亲的拐杖声》、《书巴》、《绣花女》三首诗，同儿子杜向阳的诗《家乡的花》在“相聚北京”诗歌大赛中同被评为全国一等奖，二人同时评为“二零一九年全国书诗画先进人物”，诗文编入《中国作家文库》。曾创办《长风书画社》任社长，创办《长风诗刊》任总编、曾被国内外文化艺术组织授予“世界铜奖艺术奖”，“当代书画艺术名人”、“人民功勋书画家”、“中国国礼（红瓷）书法大师”、“国际书画名人”等称号。

在国内外书赛展中曾多次获金、银、铜奖，其人其作被《世界书画家经典》、《中国书画名人大辞典》、《镇原县志》等十几部书典编录。书法作品流传于国内外。镌刻于庙堂石碑，张挂于厅堂馆所，民众家室，印刷于贺年挂历。本人被邀请亲赴北京钓鱼台国宾馆，湖南韶山毛泽东故居纪念馆交流展览，作品获金奖并被收藏。参加“世界榜书人”大赛获世界优秀奖。参加国庆七十周年纪念全国书画名家“大境界书法”大赛获金奖。行书毛泽东诗词被选为帝王红中国红瓷制作为烫金字国礼艺术品，赠送给外国元首及国际友人。

1986年自撰书《油龙赋》大字楷书一百米长卷在北京美术馆展出，创新纪录！

2014年10月参赛被评选参加中国书画名家国际交流团，赴新加坡、马来西亚、泰国参加国际交流展，作品在新加坡南洋美术馆隆重展出，被评为金奖，授予“国际书画名人”荣誉称号。巨幅榜书作品“狮城虎域·观海听涛”被新加坡国家文物局举行仪礼收藏。

2017年巨幅作品“静”、“康”二字被中华社会救助基金会以数万元高价在成都拍卖捐助，获救助基金会理事长全国人大常委会副委员长许嘉璐签证纪念。

2020年草书毛泽东诗词《沁园春·雪》被选编《中国书法家书毛泽东诗词全集》出版发行；被授予“中国红色书法名家”。新诗《母亲的拐仗声》被选编《新中国成立71周年文艺作品大典》国庆珍藏卷。

2021年10月，书法作品被央视台CCTV栏目组征选入编2022年“致敬时代·中华风采人物”豪华礼品台历出版三月页，印制5万份，赠发国家各部委，驻外使馆、文化团体、五百强企业。

2022年，其人及书法艺术作品被央视台CCTV栏目组采访编制专题片“一代方家——中国书法之乡镇原虎谷山人杜鹏”在各大网络媒体投放播出。

2022年“中华骄子·共向未来——著名艺术家杜鹏致敬冬奥”在各大网络媒体对其书法作品及艺术事迹作了全面报道。

2022年4月本人及作品被国家文化部主管主办的高端文化艺术类核心期刊《文化视界》10月第五期选刊选录。

WanPeng Du, also known as Du Peng, word morning wind, Dongpo idler, mountain Weng, Mofo, giant ailanthus, Jingwei fishing old, tiger Valley mountain people. Male, Han nationality, born on January 22, 1946, a native of Wangshan Village, Mabao Town, Zhenyuan County, Gansu Province. Chinese culture Academy correspondence graduate, Changqing oilfield retired cadre, political engineer, management economist, Communist Party member. Living in the tiger Valley grass hall, writing in the Holding urn hall, Yanming cave, to the ghost Zhai.

Influenced by the original style of Chinese calligraphy in towns and villages since childhood, he has been practicing calligraphy for decades and is famous for regular script, super list book and cursive script. He has won gold, silver and bronze awards many times in book competitions at home and abroad, and his works have been catalogued in more than a dozen books such as "World Classics of Calligraphers and Painters", "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Famous People's Congress" and "Annals of Zhenyuan County". Calligraphy works spread at home and abroad. Engraved in the temple stele, hanging in halls, people's homes, printed in the New Year calendar. Participated in the "World List Book Person" competition and won the world Excellence Award. Participated in the 70th anniversary of the National Day of the national painting and calligraphy masters "great realm calligraphy" contest won the gold medal.
